Cierra Group Inc. provides clients with a full scope of design, preconstruction, and construction services. Many of our turnkey projects begin with us working with our clients at project conception and guiding them through the entire process until project completion.
Pre-Construction
Our pre-construction services include project budgeting and budget reviews, preliminary scheduling services, and schedule reviews. We often provide our clients with design assistance and constructibility feedback to help them meet critical project milestones. We also review and procure early-release packages, which makes fast-track project delivery possible.
General Contracting
Our general contracting services include full-service project management, estimating, purchasing, project supervision, scheduling, commissioning, and closeout. Our staff is experienced in various construction types and delivery methods, including Design/Bid/Build and Design Build.
Construction Management
Cierra Group Inc. provides our clients with alternative delivery method options, including CMAR and CMa. We also work with our clients as Owner’s Representatives, project consultants, expert witnesses, and conflict resolution specialists.
